Background
Steve Ibbotson is a qualified Black Belt in Six Sigma process improvement methodology, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and draws from over 13 years experience as both an internal change agent and external consultant in a range of industries, including operational and project environments. He was previously a senior consultant in a national team of 25 management consultants and a Business Process Improvement Consultant in a national Wealth Management firm.
Steve consults across a range of industries including Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Federal Government and Public Sector Utilities to assist clients in finding better ways to work and create value for share holders and stakeholders.

Steve has considerable experience in successfully applying process improvement methodologies in the public and private sectors and has worked on a variety of assignments in the US, New Zealand and Australia.
