Background
Chris Kenyon has been consulting to governments and commercial organisations in Australia and overseas since 1981. He has been director of two consulting organisations, and was also the founding director of an MBA residential program for management consultants at Southern Cross University. In 2000 he received the annual Vice-Chancellor’s Award for services to the university.
Chris is very much a practical person and his many repeat clients appreciate the depth of knowledge and the utility of recommendations that he brings to his work.
He has worked on many projects which were high level and classified or sensitive in nature: these range from airport security to regional bio-diversity, counter-terrorism to child support. He held a TSPV clearance when working with Defence.
Chris is currently the Australian Lead Assessor for the P3M3 (maturity model) program that all government departments are now required to use. Hence he is well used to working with government and non-government staff at all levels.
He is at ease in all situations, and has a happy knack of getting people to work together for mutual gain – in most circumstances. This is particularly relevant to his work in facilitating groups for business and strategic planning purposes.
